So, I’ve missed playing Guild Wars :B I help John with some quests and end up in some bullshitty American District (God I missed talking on GW) where somehow the conversation leads into a political debate. That is, until somebody says
“At least Obama isn’t like Flava’ Flave”

In other news, I’ve managed to bruise three of my fingers and cut one of them. So the only “untouched” finger on my left hand that isn’t damaged in some way is my pinky. And now that I’ve said it, something will undoubtedly fall on it. My coworker and I walked off to Little Tokyo for lunch, where he bought me a thing of candies in a little tin :] If you’ve ever seen Grave of the Fireflies, these are the candies that the little girl carries around (and the ones her ashes are in . . . ). My coworker isn’t a mean guy for buying me something that’s got so much sadness in it, since I saw them and went “I WANT THAT ONE”. “You sure?” “YEAHS”. Plus he’s never actually seen the movie =x He’d probably think I were some weird sadist or something. The movie was haunting, but the candies are great.
I couldn’t get the top to come off, so I tried prying it off with my fingers, which is how three of them are messed up. The fourth finger is messed up because of a killer papercut accident. Seriously! The top would not come off and I thought of going back to the dup shop and just drilling through the tin with the holepunchers. I was seriously looking like a giant kid with access to heavy machinery. Seeing my sad struggle, my coworker shook his head, sighed, grabbed a quarter and popped the stupid thing off for me. Oh. So thats how you take the fucking tops off. I knew that.
Oh yeah! I also finished reading Isaac Marion’s The Inside. I’ve had it for a while, but never got a chance to read it until . . . Monday. Its really good! :O I’ve always liked his writing :O He totally cuts out the bullshit fillers too, to where everything has a point. I’ve been glued to the book since I got the chance to read it. :B He only has sixty copies left, so go buy it! Or like, take mine and I’ll buy another one! :O
